Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to help you search for, view and transact on property: your name, contact details, saved searches and enquiry history. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Listing enquiries are shared with the assigned PrimeNest advisor and, where relevant, the property owner. Mortgage enquiries are shared with lenders only with your explicit instruction.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@primenest.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Service availability, listing accuracy and pricing are provided in good faith and may change without notice. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or financial advice.
